While the restoration of the main building is underway, the Rijksmuseum is displaying the crème de la crème of its permanent collection in the newly furnished Philips Wing. ‘Rijksmuseum, The Masterpieces’ offers the unique opportunity to view all the highlights of the Golden Age in one place. From 11 March to 1 June the painting ‘Woman Holding a Balance’ by Johannes Vermeer is back in Amsterdam. This is a unique chance to see this painting surrounded by all the other master pieces.
